Estate Log Manual

The property record that follows you — MLS status, upgrade ledger, investment basis, open projects, and a chronological flight log for every address you own.

Overview

Estate Log is a browser-based property record built for owners who care about equity, not tenant management. For each property you track listing status, completed upgrades, invested basis, and active projects — and every event lands in a chronological "flight log" per address, like a pilot's logbook. It's one flat monthly price for unlimited properties, with one-click backup/restore and CSV export for your accountant or lender.

FAQ

What does "flight log" mean?

Every event on a property — listing, upgrade, project update, price change, or note — is recorded in a dated, chronological log per address, like a pilot's logbook, so the record is always complete.

How much does it cost?

$48/mo flat for unlimited properties — no per-property or seat fees. You can try the app free in your browser first.

Is this for managing tenants?

No — Estate Log is built for owners tracking equity, upgrades, and investment basis, not tenant management. For bookings and tenant/lease tools, Boojee PM is the companion product.

Where is my data stored?

You work in the browser app and can take a one-click full backup as a file at any time, then restore it later. CSV export is available for accountants and lenders.

Can I export for my CPA or lender?

Yes. CSV export is included, and the investment-basis view gives you the invested-basis and equity numbers a CPA typically wants. Per-property PDF export is coming soon.

How many properties can I track?

Unlimited on the single flat monthly plan.
