BOOJEE Signals aggregates public SEC filings and public exchange quotes into a live, read-only dashboard, refreshed every 15 minutes. It also runs "The Boojee Bot," a paper-trading engine that automatically paper-trades qualifying SEC insider buys at real prices with simulated money, and publishes an honest track record. All BOOJEE trading systems are paper-first — no real orders are placed — and the dashboard is informational only, not investment advice.
Getting Started
- Open the Signals dashboard — the live feed is viewable on the page.
- Use the bottom navigation to switch between panes: the Paper Bot track record, Insider Signals, Signal Intelligence stats, and the Kalshi arb scan.
- Review the current insider buys, arbitrage spreads, and the paper portfolio's honest state.

- SEC insider buys — A rolling log of insider buys from SEC Form 4 filings over the last 24 hours, plus the latest live scan.
- The Boojee Bot (paper) — Automatically paper-trades qualifying insider buys at real prices: 2% per position, −8% stop-loss, +20% take-profit. Every entry, exit, and mark-to-market is logged honestly.
- Crypto arbitrage — Latest cross-exchange spreads and the widest spreads over the last 48 hours. Spreads are gross, before fees and slippage, and may not be executable.
- Kalshi prediction-market arb (paper-sim) — Scans Kalshi's public market data every 15 minutes for complement and multi-outcome arb, flagging a signal only when profit stays positive after Kalshi's 7% fee formula. Paper account starts at $10,000.

Does the bot trade real money?
No. All BOOJEE trading systems are paper-first — no real orders are placed. The insider-buy paper account and the Kalshi paper-sim use simulated money at real prices.
Why does the paper account show a flat $100,000?
That's the correct, honest state until a signal fires. The bot only opens a paper position when a qualifying open-market insider buy (≥ $100k) is detected in a new SEC Form 4 filing during NYSE market hours (Mon–Fri 9:30–16:00 ET). Nothing is entered outside that trigger.
How often does the data update?
The dashboard refreshes every 15 minutes.
Are the arbitrage spreads real profit?
Crypto spreads are gross, before fees, withdrawal, and slippage, and may not be executable. Kalshi arb signals are only flagged when profit remains positive after Kalshi's 7% fee formula.
What do I get by subscribing?

Troubleshooting
- Dashboard shows no signals — That's the honest zero-signal state ("scanning, none found yet"). The insider bot stays flat until a qualifying buy fires during market hours; the Kalshi scan flags nothing until a post-fee-positive opportunity appears.
- Panes look empty — Data refreshes every 15 minutes; give it a moment or reload the page.
- Not receiving alerts — Email alerts require an active $98/mo subscription; check that you're subscribed and watch for alerts on new qualifying SEC insider buys.
