Every engagement starts with an honest gap analysis of your property — physical and digital — delivered as a written report with specific findings, risk ratings, and exact remediation steps. Recommendations come with real model numbers and open-market prices; you buy hardware directly and Boojee never marks it up or takes vendor commissions. Higher tiers add managed implementation, where Boojee handles vendor selection, installation scheduling, testing, and handover — with your approval required at every stage.

FAQ
Do you install the equipment?
It depends on the tier. The $298 Security Consult delivers a written audit and vendor-neutral spec sheet you implement yourself or with your own contractor. The $898 Buildout and $2,498 Estate Command include supervised installation management.
Are you affiliated with any security brand?
No. There are no referral agreements, kickbacks, or preferred-vendor partnerships with any hardware company, monitoring service, or smart home platform. Revenue comes only from consulting fees.
How long does the consult take?
The Security Consult is a 90-minute walkthrough of your property, physical and digital, assessing all eight audit categories on-site or via a detailed remote brief.
How is this different from ADT or Vivint?
Those are product companies selling hardware and monitoring subscriptions on multi-year contracts with proprietary gear. Boojee Security is consulting-only — vendor-neutral, no contracts, no hardware markup.
Will it work with my existing smart home setup?
Yes. The audit starts by assessing what you already have and designs around your existing platform (HomeKit, Google Home, Alexa, SmartThings), recommending only what genuinely improves coverage.
How long does a buildout take?
Consult reports arrive same day or next business day. Smart Security Buildouts run 1–3 weeks depending on scope and hardware lead times; Estate Security Command runs 3–6 weeks for multi-building or complex properties.
