A browser-based property and project manager for estate operators — bookings, tenants, tasks, vendor invoices, and financials in one dashboard, with all data stored on your own device.
Overview
Boojee PM is a browser-based dashboard built for operators running short-term rentals, long-term tenants, vendor projects, and business milestones. It runs entirely in your browser and stores all data locally via localStorage — nothing is sent to a server (except AI features on the Estate Command plan, which call a cloud endpoint). Because data lives on your device, moving between machines uses the built-in one-click Backup and Restore rather than automatic cloud sync.
Getting Started
- Start the 14-day free trial from the product page. A card is collected at signup but not charged until the trial ends — cancel before day 14 and you pay nothing.
- Open the app at /boojee-pm/app/ and bookmark it on every device you use.
- Add your properties — name, address, base rate, weekend rate. Every booking, task, and invoice links back to a property.
- Log what's happening: add bookings, create kanban tasks, log vendor invoices, and track guest communication.
- Review your numbers on the dashboard — occupancy, revenue trends, and vendor costs update as you log.
Features & How-To
- Booking Calendar — Full arrival/stay/departure/blocked-date views across Airbnb, VRBO, and direct. Filter by property, status, or source; export to CSV.
- Guest CRM — Guest profiles with stay count, total revenue, communication history, custom tags (VIP, repeat), and an inbox thread per guest.
- Kanban Task Board — Three columns (To Do / In Progress / Done) for maintenance, inspection, cleaning, and project tasks. Assign to a team member, set priority, link to a property.
- Vendor Invoices — Log vendor quotes, track invoice status, and flag scope creep per project with budget-vs-actual tracking.
- Financials & Revenue — 6-month revenue chart by property, KPI dashboard (occupancy, avg nightly rate, gross revenue MTD, nights booked), and a pricing manager for base and weekend rates.
- Tenant & Lease Manager — Tenant directory, lease tracker with expiry countdown, renewals, addenda, clauses, violation log, and tenant notices for long-term rentals.
- Backup & Restore — One click downloads your complete data as a file; restore it on another device or after clearing your browser.
- AI Milestone Planning (Estate Command) — Describe a project in plain language and the AI generates a structured milestone plan with dependencies, vendor touchpoints, and risk flags (runs via a cloud endpoint).

- Solo Operator — $98/mo: unlimited bookings & properties, all core tools, up to 5 team members / delegates, CSV export.
- Estate Command — $248/mo: everything in Solo plus unlimited team members, white-glove onboarding, custom project templates, AI milestone planning, priority support, and a monthly operator strategy call.

FAQ
What does Boojee PM actually do?
It's a browser-based property and project dashboard for bookings, guests, kanban tasks, maintenance, vendor invoices, financials, and tenant/lease records. Data is stored locally in your browser (except Estate Command AI features, which call a cloud endpoint).
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days free with full access. A card is collected at signup but not charged until the trial ends; cancel before day 14 and you pay nothing.
Does my data sync across devices?
There's no automatic cloud sync. Data stays on your device via localStorage. To move between devices, use the one-click Backup to download a file, then Restore it on the other device — that backup is also your safety net if browser data is cleared.
Can I add my property manager or assistant?
Yes. Solo Operator supports up to 5 team members / delegates; Estate Command is unlimited. They can see and update assigned tasks and bookings without access to billing or account settings.
Is it for short-term rentals, long-term, or both?
Both. The booking calendar, guest CRM, and pricing tools serve short-term rentals; the tenant directory, lease tracker, renewals, violation log, and tenant notices serve long-term operators — in the same dashboard.
Can I use it for business projects too?
Yes. The kanban board, vendor invoice tracker, and milestone planning work equally well for product launches, business buildouts, and agency deliverables.
Troubleshooting
- Data missing after switching devices or clearing the browser — Boojee PM stores data locally, so it doesn't follow you automatically. Restore from your latest Backup file; make a habit of backing up regularly.
- Checkout won't open — If the trial checkout is briefly unavailable, email pm@boojee.estate to sign up.
- Can't find the app after subscribing — The app lives at /boojee-pm/app/; bookmark it on every device you use.
- AI milestone planning not working — This feature is Estate Command only and requires a connection since it calls a cloud endpoint, not local storage.
