Boojee Menus Manual

Build a hosted menu in minutes, get a QR code, and update items, prices, or specials any time — your guests always see the latest version.

Overview

Boojee Menus is a hosted QR menu service for local restaurants and cafes. Build a menu in a browser editor, publish it to a permanent URL, and hand a QR code to your first customer today — no app to download and no reprints. Change a price or add a special and it's live in seconds on the same QR code. Built for restaurants, cafes and coffee shops, bars and taprooms, food trucks, bakeries and delis, and wine bars.

Getting Started

  1. Open the editor (you can build your first menu free with no signup required).
  2. Build your menu — add sections like Starters, Mains, and Drinks, then add items with names, prices, descriptions, and dietary badges (GF, V, VG, Spicy, New).
  3. Hit Publish — one click makes your menu live at a permanent URL and generates a print-ready QR code instantly.
  4. Guests scan with their phone camera (no app) and browse a fast, mobile-first menu that always shows what you've published.
  5. Update any time — change a price, add a special, or remove a sold-out item and it's live in seconds on the same QR code.

FAQ

Do guests need to download an app?

No. Guests scan with their phone's camera and browse — no app needed. It's mobile-first and fast.

What happens to my QR code when I change the menu?

Nothing — updates go live in seconds on the same QR code. Change a price, add a special, or remove a sold-out item and guests see it immediately.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. You can build your first menu in the editor for free with no signup required, and both plans include a 14-day free trial with no charge until day 15.

Do you take a cut of my sales?

No. Pricing is a simple flat monthly fee — no percentage of sales and no surprise fees.

Can I manage more than one location?

Yes. The Group plan supports up to 5 restaurants/locations from one login with separate QR codes per location.
