Boojee Entity Manual
LLC formation and registered agent service for Wyoming, Delaware, or Nevada — $298 flat, including state filing, registered agent year one, an operating agreement template, and an EIN guide.
Overview
Boojee Entity is a document preparation and filing service. It prepares and submits your Articles of Organization to the state, provides a registered agent address for the first year, and delivers an operating agreement template and an EIN application guide. You choose between Wyoming, Delaware, and Nevada.
Important: Boojee Entity is a document preparation service, not a law firm, and does not provide legal advice. For legal or tax advice, consult a licensed attorney and CPA. The service is in early access — you can join the waitlist for priority access. Any US person or entity can form in these states regardless of residency.

FAQ
Do I need to live in WY, DE, or NV to form there?
No. Any US person or entity can form an LLC in these states regardless of residency. If you operate in a different state, you may also need to foreign qualify there — a separate process not currently handled.
Is the $298 truly all-in?
Yes — it covers the preparation/service fee plus the state filing fee. The only additional cost is the state's own annual report fee in later years.
How long does the state take to process?
Wyoming: typically 1–5 business days online. Delaware: 5–10 business days. Nevada: 5–15 business days. These are state processing times; Boojee submits within 24 hours of payment.
What if my entity name is already taken?
Name availability is checked before submitting. If your first choice is taken, you're emailed alternatives within 24 hours; nothing is filed until you confirm an available name.
Do you provide legal or tax advice?
No. Boojee Entity is a document preparation and filing service. For advice on the best structure for your situation, consult a licensed attorney and CPA.
Can I cancel after paying?
If nothing has been submitted to the state yet, you get a full refund. Once submitted, the service portion can be refunded but state filing fees are non-refundable.
